Thank you for purchasing a product from Strezov Sampling!Now, allow us to show you how to register it using a challenge and response code taken from our website. 

Once the library is installed on your hard drive via Native Access, when you load up any of the instruments for the first time, you will see a locking screen showing you a random challenge number.

In order for you to unlock the library, you'll need to do the following:

 

 - Go to our website and log-in using your Strezov Sampling account credentials

 

 - Open your account profile and navigate to the “Unlock Product” tab

 

 - From the drop-down menu "Select a product to unlock" for example select "ARABIAN Ethnic Orchestra"

 

 - Write down the challenge code which you see on the Kontakt UI and keep Kontakt open - please keep in mind that every time you open the library before unlocking, Kontakt will show you a random number.

 

 - You'll receive two 6-digit numbers which you have to insert in the Kontakt window. The numbers you can input manually OR you can copy-paste them number by number and box by box (Important side note for non-English-speaking users: if your input doesn't get accepted, try switching back to macOS' default English keyboard input mode!) . Every user has 5 unlocks per product. If you ran out of unlocks by mistake please contact our support.

 

 - Thank you! The product is now unlocked! You can open any of the instruments without any problems now. Enjoy the libraries of Strezov Sampling and happy music making!
